50 years have passed since the start of the Internet researches. COVID-19, the global happened when we are discussing the vision and design of the next 50 years of the Internet. COVID-19 brought all of us seriously sharing issues of human life and Earth's environment in addition to economics. This speech discusses the Internet Civilization to challenge the future of human beings and our planet, with visions and challenges. The role of Japan and our responsibility also be discussed.
