JEITA Smart Society Software Expert Committee has conducted research on issues for products and services that use AI to realize safety, security, convenience, and comfort toward the realization of Society 5.0. In this session, results of the investigation of various AI related guideline setting activities in Japan and overseas will be shared. In addition, practical recommendations will be offered for planners of products and services who desire to leverage the power of AI from multiple perspectives (ethics, contracts, quality assurance, HR, and business models).
