[Ch3-104]Future DX Promotion Strategies based on with and after COVD-19 and Noteworthy Trends
The during and post COVID-19 crisis, many companies faced non-face-to-face work and telecommuting as well as the contactless economy developed. To overcome the crisis and strengthen business continuity, a new DX promotion strategy based on the use of telecommuting and IoT devices will be required.
For DX connecting a wide variety of network devices, not only the innovation to create new business models but also the digital governance to ensure dependability such as reliability, security, and interoperability shall be critical.
