How to proceed with Service Design in the SECOM way

My team aims at providing more diverse solutions for various social issues promptly, and we are orienting to Open Innovation 2.0 approach to enable it. For example, we organize and administer a special program called SECOM Open Lab, which's one of the biggest workshops in Japanese Service sector. Through this, we can find some new issues we may have in the future, and design new service for them.
