Robot work style reform necessary to achieve Society 5.0

Society 5.0, which aims to realize a human-centered super-smart society, requires not only the way of working robots that handle work at high speed and precision, but also the way of working that embodies the characteristics of flexible and gentle people. Real haptics technology has made it possible to connect the tactile sensation that has been neglected for a long time to the Cyber world. As a result, it is possible to perform human sensitive work remotely and further automate. I will introduce new ways of working with robots that this technology pioneers through many application examples.
