Advanced Nanoelectronics toward a Super-Smart Society

At Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST), we promote research and development for creation of innovative nanoelectronics technologies beyond conventional approaches.
In this seminar, we will introduce advanced research topics such as teraheltz imaging, high-performance inertia sensor, next generation FPGA, which are created at JST-CREST project "Innovative Nano-electronics through Interdisciplinary Collaboration among Material, Device and System Layers".
